Implementation

1. Educators should have access to various social media platforms that support the educational process (removal of filters).
2. The use of this blog will be the foundation of the professional development platform for social media usage.
3. Although, the social media platforms will be accessible classroom teachers as well as Central Office must continuously monitor the process to ensure healthy and proper use of social media platforms.
4. Model the Way - The proper training of educators will lead to appropriate use of social media in classrooms and individual lifestyles.
5. The implementation of social media throughout the district will consist of an internal partnership between both the Instructional Technology and Professional Development Departments.
6. The cost for social media use will be little to no cost.
